  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery: After shipping, orders arrive within 5-8 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free delivery.

Order Processing and Shipment
After your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email. Processing finishes within 0-1 business days, though timing may vary during peak periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its progress.

Orders are dispatched promptly after processing. Delivery takes 5-8 business days, though actual timing can be influenced by location, courier schedules, and other logistical considerations.

We provide free delivery across the United States for all orders, with no restrictions on size or cost.

Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 2 extra business days and check your tracking details. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at support@panovers.com. Orders can usually be canceled before processing or shipment. Once processing starts or your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you will need to follow our returns procedure after delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Despite careful packing, mistakes can happen. Please email clear photos of the product and packaging to support@panovers.com. We will review your case and arrange replacements or corrections as quickly as possible.
