Returning Your Item
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To begin, contact us at support@panovers.com. Items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.
How the Return Works
Start by emailing support@panovers.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please make sure the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Handling
After your return is delivered and checked, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. No additional charges are deducted.
Exchanging Items
If you would like to replace your item, contact support@panovers.com. We will provide the necessary steps to proceed.
Canceling a Purchase
To cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible at support@panovers.com. Orders can usually be canceled before they enter processing or shipping. After that, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed once delivery is completed.
Issues with Your Order
If you receive an item that is damaged or not correct, please contact support@panovers.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a solution without delay.
