1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday through Friday). After shipment, delivery takes 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday) within the United States.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders within the United States include free shipping with no minimum order value.

3. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EDT on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once processing has started or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

7. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within up to 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. No restocking fees are charged.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or correction as quickly as possible.
